Divisions

Two disciplines. One accountable team.

Crest works in two worlds that usually sit apart: moving materials and equipment, and building the places they arrive at. We keep both under one plan because our clients are usually managing both.

The shared advantage

One team can hold the inbound shipment, the site compound and the construction programme. Fewer interfaces, fewer handover gaps.

Crest Solutions Ltd

Things that stand.

Crest Construction takes on residential, commercial, fit-out and finishing works where the site is complex, the programme is tight and the client needs one team from survey to close-out. We build and finish with the end of the asset in mind: maintainable, documented and ready to use.

Residential apartments
New-build apartments and residential finishing from structure to handover.
Commercial and retail fit-out
Shopfronts, restaurants, offices and market spaces, finished to the tenant's brief.
Construction finishing
Joinery, partitions, ceilings, tiling, painting and final fixtures.
Civil works and earthworks
Site clearance, cut and fill, drainage, access and ground improvement.
Structural frames and envelopes
Reinforced concrete, steel and masonry structures, waterproofing and cladding.
Infrastructure and external works
Roads, parking, retaining walls, utilities and landscaping.
Project management
Programme control, procurement, inspections, snagging and handover files.
Start-to-finish delivery
One team from material sourcing and site preparation through to finishing and close-out.

Crest Solutions Ltd

Things that arrive.

Crest Logistics moves cargo, construction materials and project equipment from origin markets in Dubai, China and beyond to sites across East Africa. We plan the route, hold the documentation, manage the carriers and stay on the movement until it is closed out.

Origin sourcing and consolidation
Supplier coordination, quality checks and consolidated shipments from Dubai, China and other markets.
Freight forwarding and customs
Sea, air and road freight, documentation and clearance into Rwanda.
Project cargo and heavy lift
Abnormal loads, route surveys, permits, escorts and site reception.
Construction materials supply
Cement, steel, finishes, fittings and specialist materials, scheduled to site.
Equipment sourcing and mobilisation
Plant, tools and specialist equipment moved from origin to site.
Warehousing and distribution
Bonded and open storage, inventory control, pick-and-pack and regional replenishment.
Last-mile and site delivery
Delivery windows, offloading and proof of receipt tied to the construction programme.
Supplier and site coordination
Order tracking, call-off schedules and one material register across the programme.

Where the two meet

The work that needs both.

Some scopes do not fit neatly into one division. A remote site needs a compound before it needs a crane. A retail fit-out needs a build and a material call-off in the same week. These are the engagements where one lead matters most.

01

Materials to finishing

The same team sources the finishes, moves them from origin and installs them on site. The material register and the finishing programme are one document.

02

Residential delivery

Apartments from structure to handover, including imported fittings, joinery and final finishes.

03

Commercial fit-out

Retail and market spaces finished while the building is live, with deliveries planned around trading hours.

Shared scopes are planned against one budget, one schedule and one close-out file. The client does not manage the seam between the divisions.
